What happens as you get more advanced in your IP training? What is the most important concrete and experiential milestone?
In terms of what’s actually happening, getting the enhanced flow through your head is the most important thing. This is an absolutely real and fully tangible phenomenon. The only reason you may not be experiencing it is if you still have too much tension in your shoulders, neck and head. Over thinking also blocks it.
When reading the material below about next levels, bear in mind that IP is the essence of human life and is always present in all parts of your body, even without any training. I could call that base-level stuff IP0 (‘IP Zero’). What we’re discussing is the highly unusual practice of deliberately augmenting, refining and tempering that power into a transformative experience. I could call that IP✶ or something to distinguish this higher, intentional level. For ease of writing I’ll just use IP. Be aware of the distinction though.
